Bespoke Funeral Service Sheets & Stationery

How quickly will my order be dealt with?

From initial receipt of your order we will produce a proof within 24 hours which will be either emailed or faxed to you for you to check and make comment on. Any alterations or changes to content and layout etc will then be made as per your instructions and a further proof sent for approval. Once approved by you your order will be printed and dispatched within 72 hours, or in many cases this will be even sooner. Delivery will be made by a courier to an address specified by you, and early morning timed deliveries can be accommodated if required at a small additional cost.

I have not received an invoice with my order, how do I pay?

In most cases the invoice will be sent out with the order, but in cases where the customer requires further items such as memorial cards or similar which will be sent at a later date, the invoice will be held and sent with the final part of the order, unless the customer asks to be invoiced separately.

I want to use one of my own photographs, how much extra will this cost?

There will be an additional cost of £10 for either a colour or black and white picture. This also includes images which are not photographs, for example a painting or drawing. Please be aware that the largest size that we can accommodate for scanning is A3, but the image will obviously be reduced to fit the size of the page it will be used on.

The photograph that I want to use has some marks or blemishes on it, can you do anything with this?

Yes we can, in most cases with a little work we can 'clean up' some minor marks such as dust spots and creases, and in more extreme cases we may be able to isolate the person from the background. This might incur a small extra cost but we would advise you of this before we proceeded. There is never a need for your photographs to be cut or damaged in any way. In cases where the photograph is very old and may be a little faded, the strength of colours and contrast can be restored to improve it's appearance.

How many cards should I order?

We would always recommend ordering slightly more cards than you think you might need. There will always be some people who will not be able to attend the service and it is sometimes nice to be able to send an Order of Service or Memorial Card to these people as well.
